Jordan: Customer wants delivery in two weeks.

Jim: They sat on it for six months.

Panel 2

Jordan holds her ground. Jim gestures toward the unfinished machine.

Jordan: Doesn’t matter. We need to be responsive.

Jim: Responsive doesn’t create time.

Panel 3

Jordan updates the schedule on her tablet, pleased with her solution. Jim raises an eyebrow.

Jordan: We’ll put AX-1 on it. He can work around the clock.

Panel 4

AX-1 arrives carrying a small box. Jordan's finger freezes above her tablet; Jim looks at her.

AX-1: At six boxes per hour, projected completion is sometime in the next ice age.
