Panel 1
At an empty loading dock at night, AX-1 sits beside a dog while a raccoon rummages in a lunch bag marked MIKE.
AX-1: I was brought here to replace the humans. But nobody will tell me what to do.
Panel 2
The dog explains his arrangement to AX-1.
The Dog: When Mike gets here, I run up to him. He says I’m a good boy.
AX-1: Does that help production?
The Dog: No, but sometimes there’s ham.
Panel 3
AX-1 considers his contribution. The raccoon looks up from Mike's lunch bag with empty paws.
AX-1: I cost $250,000. I should probably contribute more than that.
Panel 4
The raccoon holds a sandwich while AX-1 looks down at his own empty hands.
The Raccoon: For 250 grand, I’d have expected you to come with your own sandwich.
