Mike: Where’d you find this intern?

Jim: MIT. Graduated with a 4.0. Built an AI system that optimizes an entire production line. Why?

Mike gestures toward the shop, unimpressed.

Mike: He’s been drilling the same hole for half an hour.

Jim looks up, considering a technical explanation.

Jim: What’s he drilling? Stainless?

The Intern struggles with a cordless drill at a workbench. Mike gestures toward him; Jim buries his head in his hands.

Mike: No, he has the drill in reverse.
